Plans & Network

Coverage, contracts & calling abroad

What network does Total Wireless use?+

Total Wireless runs on Verizon's nationwide 5G network. That means reliable coverage across the United States, with international calling to 140+ countries included on select plans.

Do Total Wireless plans include international roaming?+

Yes — Total Wireless offers international roaming to 140+ countries on select plans. Visit either store and we'll help you pick the plan that covers the countries you call most.

Do Total Wireless plans require a contract?+

No — all Total Wireless plans are prepaid and no-contract. There's no credit check and no long-term commitment. Our team will match you to a plan with the right amount of data for your budget, and we'll tell you straight if a cheaper plan fits you better.

Do you offer home internet or tablets?+

Yes. We carry Total Wireless Home Internet and 5G tablets in addition to phones, plus rotating in-store promotions and giveaways. Availability changes, so visit either store to see what's on right now.

Switching & Keeping Your Number

Bring your number, your phone & your data

Can I keep my phone number when I switch to Total Wireless?+

Yes, in most cases you can keep your current number. We handle the transfer (called a port-in) in store, usually the same day. Bring your current carrier's account number and transfer PIN and we'll walk you through the whole process.

Will I lose any information on my phone if I switch to Total Wireless?+

No — Your photos, contacts, apps, and messages stay exactly where they are. The only information that cannot be transferred is your voicemail because voicemails are stored on the carrier’s server.

Can I bring my own phone?+

Yes — if your phone is unlocked and compatible, we can activate it. We'll check compatibility in store, set up your SIM card or eSIM, and have you connected before you leave.

What should I bring to switch carriers?+

Bring three things: your current phone, a photo ID, and your existing carrier's account number and transfer PIN. You can usually find the account number and PIN in your carrier's app or by calling them. With those in hand, we can port your number and activate you in a single visit.

Phones, Activation & Setup

New phones, same-day setup & real support

Do you sell the latest iPhone and Samsung Galaxy phones?+

Yes. We stock the newest iPhone and Samsung Galaxy models along with budget-friendly options, plus cases, chargers, and screen protectors. Deals change regularly — come see what's currently on offer.

How long does activation take?+

Most activations are done the same day, while you wait. We handle SIM and eSIM setup and can transfer your contacts, photos, and data, so your new phone is ready to use before you walk out the door.

Do you help after the sale?+

Yes — support doesn't end when you leave. Stop by anytime for help with your phone, plan, or settings. If something goes wrong, we fix it ourselves rather than sending you to customer service.
